How to play
Controls
Camera: drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, WASD or arrow keys to pan while building.
Building: pick a building on the left, click the map to place it, R to rotate, right-click to cancel. The hint bar shows what it will earn and need. Big buildings use a council action.
Economy: people come when there are homes, jobs and water. Working residents pay taxes. Click Money or Ledger to see where money comes from.
Goal: grow Meruna to 2,000 residents. Attacks grow with the city's prosperity.
End week: ends the week. If an attack is coming, night falls and the attack begins.
During an attack: click a rocket or its row. 1, 2, 3 order your batteries to engage. H holds fire. Space slows time (after research). Esc pauses.
Sirens: sound them early in the quarter under threat. False alarms wear down trust.
Defense zones (after research): draw circles that fire automatically at rockets likely to land inside.

Oasis Command
Meruna is an oasis city of about 700 people at the edge of the salt flats. Tonight, launch crews in the eastern hills are firing crude rockets at it. You are the defense commander.
Kestrel batteries (K1, K2) are your workhorses: medium range, dependable, about 90,000 a shot.
Longbow (L1) reaches much farther and rarely misses, but has only a few missiles and costs 400,000 a shot.
Sandwall guns (S1, S2) fire on their own at anything about to land near them, including falling debris.
Landing zones shrink as radar refines each track. Red threatens buildings; pale tracks will probably land in open sand.
Tactical time (Space) slows the battle while its meter lasts. Esc opens the menu.
